Hi,

I posted this question last week as part of a bigger posting concerning
the siliconmotion driver, but it is actual a general XVideo question,
so here again for the non siliconmotion specialists (sorry about the
duplication):

How to grab a video picture with XVideo?
========================================

I want to grab one image out of the video stream and store it to disk.
In the documentation, I didn't find anything. Could someone give me a
hint, where to look?
Is there a XVideo-Interface defined? And what driver functions must be
implemented?
First I thought of PutStill, but the documentation says, this function
could not be used for offscreen pixmaps, so no storing, hmmm..

Thanks for your help,
Corvin
