There's no problems with running a fixed frequency monitor with NVIDIA cards. You can't run sync on green monitors with NVIDIA cards though, at least not without external electronics. The 20/70 doesn't seem to be sync on green: http://nekhbet.com/ If those specs are correct it's not really fixed frequency either since 60-87 kHz is quite a large range.
