You can try to use HorizSync 80 and VertRefresh 75 (be careful, check your monitor manual first) instead of HorizSync 64 and VertRefresh 60. Or you can simply try to remove HorizSync 64 and VertRefresh 60 lines from both of your Monitor sections, radeon driver will use the sync ranges from the EDID (this may not work for you if your monitors have multi separate sync settings). Your monitors seem to only support 1280x1024@75Hz. If you force it to 1280x1024@60Hz as you did, it may have the problem as you experienced. BTW, your monitors use analog input, you don't need Option "CrtScreen" lines.
