My "Intellimouse (R) 1.2A PS/2 Compatible" mouse works with a very similar config. I have "IMPS/2" but I don;t think that is case sensitive. However I have /dev/mouse linked to /dev/psaux gpm works fine too; I haven't used /dev/gmpdata for a long time. -- Dr. Andrew C.
