There aren't any modes that high in the XFree86 modepool.
But, fortunately, you can make any mode you want, including goofy
stuff like 1024x1024.

There are many modeline generators around, including one posted
to this list. See:
  http://www.xfree86.org/pipermail/xpert/2001-October/012070.html

There are alot a bunch listed on freshmeat:

  http://freshmeat.net/search/?q=modeline&section=projects

Just put the new modeline in the monitor section and reference
that in the "Modes" in the Section "Screen".

I doubt there's much benefit to running a monitor at that
high of a refresh. I don't think most people can see flicker above
85Hz. Additionally, as the frequencies get higher, things just
get fuzzier, so for the most part, that statement in the montior's
manual is BS. Image quality does not get better as the refresh
rate goes up. Both the monitor and the video card will be taxed
at their extents.

                        Mark.
