it needn't support anything. it should use XDMCP. how you tunnel that
is up to you...

regular XDMCP querying by the VNC servers?

sure, if i had time, and if my coding days weren't like during the
last millenium... as cool as it would be (and i can't imaging it being
very hard actually), i won't find the time...
