Intel, Intel 810E.  It's a GeForce2MX 400 PCI, running at stock speeds.

*shrug* System uptime sits at 5 days, 9:57, and I play 3D games for
extended periods.  The only thing that makes it do this is enabling
anti-aliased fonts.  I'll try NoRenderAccel right now.  Thanks for the
tip.
