Hmmm... It seems that you do have DRI enabled after all.
There are two possible things left:
* try removing that GLcore thing. I suspect that under Linux
you might need it (especially if you Linux distribution vendor
included it for you), but who know? I don't have it under
FreeBSD, and generally we have [mostly] unpatched, almost
vanilla XFree86 in our ports
* are you that your Mesa installation did not overwrite some of
XFree86 files? I can't tell you that this will certainly
break things for you, but it worth checking
