I'm not sure if this is well known or not...but it appears that the mga driver for X 4.0.1 will not allow 32bpp mode. I thought matrox was one of the better supported chipset makers in X. Is this just due to me using certain driver configurations or is it just a limitation of the driver itself? I feel like I'm missing out on some alpha blending powers of the Render extension.
