The CT65555 driver in 3.3.6 was much more lenient on what clocks it would
allow. The 4.x series drivers stick to exactly what is stated in the
documentation on the chipsets. Thus if you overclock your chip, you know
about it and do it at your own risk. 

There is no risk in increasing the DacSpeed, as the memory clock stays the
same in this case. However, you'll have less memory bandwidth available for
other things like acceleration and XVideo. This will be seen as tearing of 
the screen. So if you don't see tearing, then don't worry...
