ah i have a similar problem. I try to run an
diamond stealth 64 vram with an IBM RGB526CF ramdac chip
together with an onboard ATI Technologies Inc 3D Rage I/II 215GT [Mach64 GT]
(rev 154)
when i have my ati card as screen0 X won't start with an message

but then again i heard that there where some problems with the s3 driver and
multihead.
do you have the same problems with just the one card???
if so than give me a yell if you fixed the ramdac issue!! so maybe i can get
one step closer to a solution
