Thanks! The CVS build seems to work very well, aside from one minor
oddity with Mozilla context menus showing up a bit to the right of
the mouse cursor.

So, to summarize: on my hardware the 4.2.0 build doesn't work, but
the CVS version does.

Is there any point in me providing log files or any other information
from the working version?
