Hi , I am using the xvfb installation for Redhat Linux 7.3, I am facing a random problem which says ., X11TransSocketOpen: socket() failed for local _X11TransSocketOpenCOTSClient: Unable to open socket for local _X11TransOpen: transport open failed for local/sse-15.cisco.com:0 I am using the X-server components to construct my image files using Java AWT API's., it comes up in the browser as, Can't connect to X Windows 11 server with display variable :0.0 I have the display variable set as 0.0,I have checked my /etc/hosts which has localhost entry, and I execute X-Server as, /usr/X11R6/bin/Xvfb :0 -screen 0 800x600x24 -fbdir /var/tmp -fp /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc & Can you please throw some light on the situation? or else can you provide some contacts who can address this? I am getting the code working fine with a command line Java program, not in the browser.
