[Xpert]Problem with elotouch screen (XFree 4.1.0)

Hello,

I've recently installed an elotouch screen on debian linux woody with X server 4.1.0 
and it work properly but when I
calibrate eloscreen (with java EloVa or java CPL) , It doesn't save the configuration 
into XFree86Config-4 so when I boot
 the system, I must recalibrate eloscreen ... Anyone knows why it doesn't save the 
config ?
