Hi

I cannot start KDE in Red Hat 7.3 because of this error :
'(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to initialize the NVdriver kernel
module!'

I have an Athlon XP 2100+ on a ABIT NV7m motherboard. This
motherboard has integrated a GeForce 2 GPU, NVIDIA nForce APU
and also a LAN adapter. Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 755DFX
with frequency domains: H: 30-85 KHz, V: 50-160 Hz.
XConfigurator recognize my video card as a GeForce 2 MX
(generic) and choose 'nv' as video driver. When I try to start
KDE, my computer get stucked, everything is freezing. I
installed the NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-3123.rh73up.athlon.rpm,
NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-3123.i386.rpm and
NVIDIA_nforce-1.0-0241.rh73up.athlon.rpm downloaded from
www.nvidia.com. The last rpm package is sound driver which is
working fine. With this video driver installed ( I strictly
followed instructions from nvidia 'readme' file), 'startx'
command finish with error: '(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to
initialize the NVdriver kernel module!'

After that, I try 'vesa' driver which works only in certain
circumstancies, like: I run 'startx' with 'nvidia' driver,
crash, I change to 'vesa' driver and it wokrs. If I restart my
system and run 'startx' with 'vesa' driver, it crash saying
that it cannot init GL extension driver !

Could anybody help me with this ?
