No, I have not tested this one (radeon). So far, I patched/tested ATI, Trident, VGA, and i810. They all work fine.
IMHO, SetViewPort should ideally slow down the server so that no panning steps 'are lost' (i.e., are never shown on screen). I thought that this could be implemented by slowing down the AdjustFrame routine.
