It would be nice. AdjustFrame takes *flag* parameter so driver can
be informed whether the waiting is needed. When driver just ignore
*flags* and dont wait - this can be explained somehow, but when
driver ("mga" is a good example) makes busy wait every AdjustFrame
call... this is bad thing as I think.
