It Locked up again. I made video memory 32MB ( I have only 128
MB RAM so could not afford 64MB in video ) and was using HW cursor. The
machine locked up after being in X for not more than 20 Hours. Out of
which it was idle for 12 hours. Basically it was used only for 3 or 4
hours continuosly. Only a single Konqueror instance was open. I have
reverted back to Soft Cursor and 8 MB of video mem. Does this mean that
the X server and sis driver are corrupting each others memory while using
HW cursor?
Thomas, if u insist I can give it a try with 64MB vid mem as well.
