I am having a weird behaviour from noe command. This is what I do in
tkconsole (and in a script):
mol load pdb file.pdb
noe load 0 0 ambig.tbl
noe cutoff #gives { 0.1 0.5 }
then I change the cutoff values to 0.5 0.5 doing
noe cutoff 0.5 0.5 # and
noe cutoff # gives { 0.5 0.5 }
I run again "noe load 0 0 ambig.tbl" and I get the same result as before
and if I do noe cutoff I get { 0.1 0.5 } again!
Then, starting from scratch and opening the same files, If I use the
"NOE window" using cutoff 0.5 I get a different result and infact if I
do noe cutoff in tkconsole I get {0.5 0.5}.
what am I doing wrong? I want in my script set the cutoff to 0.5 0.5.
