Good day,

Since two days I try to have xrdp run on my machines (one Debian lenny and one Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope).

I've installed vnc4server and xrdp using aptitude on both machines and both are up-to-date (aptitude dist-upgrade).

The best I could achieve is the following sequence:

connecting to sesman ip 127.0.0.1 port 3350
sesman connect ok
sending lgin info to sesman
login succesful for display 10
started connecting
connecting to 127.0.0.1 5910
error - problem connecting

I've digged a bit further and can tell that Xvnc is well started using the following command line:

Xvnc :10 -geometry 800x600 -depth 24 -rfbauth /home/bernard/.vnc/sesman_passwd -bs -ac

but it seems that something goes wrong there and I've not be able to figure out what.

I've taken an eye on /var/log/syslog, which gives me the following:

[20090902-17:58:43] [INFO ] granted TS access to user bernard
[20090902-17:58:43] [INFO ] starting Xvnc session...
[20090902-17:58:43] [INFO ] scp thread on sck 5 started successfully
[20090902-17:58:43] [INFO ] starting sessvc - xpid=14331 - wmpid=14330
[20090902-17:58:45] [INFO ] session 14329 - user bernard - terminated

Thank you in advance for your hints,

Cordialement,
