You can create a rc script to start XRDP automatically on reboot.
I have used following steps in my machine.
#cp /usr/local/xrdp/xrdp_control.sh /etc/init.d/xrdp
#/sbin/chkconfig --add xrdp
#/sbin/chkconfig xrdp on
