now - your questions:
ordinarily i work on the x11rdp from jay's repo

my libs on suse11.2:
/lib64/libfuse.so.2.7.4

on ubuntu 10.04 (there is no distinction betw. /lib and /lib64 on this)
/lib/libfuse.so.2.8.1

no-std. compilation args (because of restrict):
./configure CFLAGS="-std=gnu99"

hope you get things fixed soon - it would really be a pleasure to have
fuse-fs working on xrdp :-)
(and maybe i find some time to integrate my alsa-snd-code into it ...)
