Hi,

I've asked this question a couple of times, but have gotten no responses, so
maybe nobody has had this problem?

I will have users who have logged out or disconnected in some way try to log
back in and they pass the authentication layer but get a debug message from
XRDP that states "error: problem connecting"

This problem persists for this user while others can still get in.

The only solution to the problem is to restart the daemon.

Sometimes if they reconnect with a different color depth or resolution they can
get back in. That does not always work.

Is there a way I can debug this issue when it happens? I am unable to reliably
reproduce this on demand. I have 175 systems to show as examples.

Thanks!
