Tell about your server linux flavour. ¿Which is? ¿Version? Check out forums for your distro, to check if it has bugs related to x11rdp. Also, install language support packages for the distro (Spanish in this case). Check out firewall configurations, to discard connection problems. About sound: as far as I know, x11rdp does not support audio streaming, so you have to figure out with a sound server, like PulseAudio. Check out the history of this list, to check if Jay Sorg added audio support. In the meantime, I found this link, maybe you could solve your problem:
