Hola, necesitamos màs informaciones. El problema del idioma normalmente se puede resolver controlando los parametros de inicio de la sesion. Lo mismo para el sonido.
Hi, we need more informations, Language problem can be solved in most cases checking session starting parameters/environment. The same also for the sound.
