Hello, I have a form with dynamic select list and would like to always maintain a blank row at the top of the list (with @appearance="minimal" or @appearance=compact).
Here's a working example: http://pulcams.github.io/subjects/ When a selection is made, the blank row disappears. I've also had trouble on other occasions when trying to control the display of a blank row in select lists in XSLTForms, especially in repeat structures. Sometimes the blank row is duplicated, for example. Does anyone have a good solution for this (using either XForms/XPath logic or external JavaScript)? Thanks in advance, Tim -- Tim A.
