Actually, it's not all that uncommon. She won't sell her patterns to you,
but she will undoubtedly sell to your LNS - a nice way to support local
shops and keep them in business :) Best thing to do would be to take the
contact info to your LNS and ask them to see about getting it for you - most
shops should be happy to oblige.
