Hi, First of all, a debian package is available for xtla. Just add
deb http://download.gna.org/xtla-el/apt/ unstable/ To your sources.list. Try it and report problems. I'm a beginner in Debian packaging, so ... Second point: The 0.9 release is really imminent. I've added a file docs/ANNOUNCEMENTS to the archive. Please, re-read it and correct it. That's the mail that will be sent to this list and to arch's mailing lists to announce the release. Probably we should make some noise also on some Emacs mailing lists/newsgroups. This file claims that XTLA 0.9 has no known bug. I'd like this to be true when we make the release.
