Do not ;-) On my Emacs, nil is not accepted as a title for a context menu. Put "" if you really don't want a title. However, I think in the revisions buffer for example, it is logical to have a buffer-wide menu called "revision_s_" and a context menu called "revision". In the inventory buffer, the context menu could be called "file". That's the item you're pointing on.
