?u should be used for unmark!

I don't like the ?O for update very much - it has no mnemonic meaning
for me. But it is an established standard...

There is also M-u left
So there are the following possibilities left:
U   => update
M-u => undo

U   => undo
M-u => update

O   => update
U   => undo

What do you think?
