Note to website team: I realized that our current menu structure for news announcement URLs would need the addition of the release name otherwise "beta" and "rc" announcements would conflict with those of other releases. So, this announcement is located at http://www.xubuntu.org/news/gutsy/rc Also, from the release download page at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/releases/gutsy/rc/ the Desktop CD is available, however, it is not mentioned on top.
