PS: As already pointed out by another subscriber, some processes, such as e.g. GFVS activity is pushed by something trivial, the trash icon of your file manager might be the cause you need GVFS running. You can't blame systemd for the way shallow programmed file managers work. Systemd has got nothing to do with it.
