This all suggests that the X server at least sees the monitor.

Skimming through the Xorg log, I notice that the driver has named the
second screen "DFP-4", but your Xorg.conf is trying to configure
screen :0.1 using "DFP-3". Try changing the "Screen1" section in
Xorg.conf to use "DFP-4" instead of "DFP-3".
