I mainly notice this in the Clock panel applet: Sundays are on the left
hand side of the month.
This is as far as I got following advice that turns up on searches:
locale | grep LC_TIME
gives me
LC_TIME="en_IE.UTF-8"
I have made a file 'en_IE_custom' in /usr/share/i18n/locales which has
'first_weekday 2' in it
My /etc/environment has the line
LC_TIME="en_IE_custom.UTF-8"
in it.
Yet the order of the days on the Clock panel still starts with Sunday.
Any other things I should check?
