It's the "exit" button. It's the last button in the "action buttons"
at the bottom of the Whisker menu. It is bright orange and shows  a
left-pointing arrow  with a tool tip that says "Log Out..."

The ellipsis means that this option leads to a dialog box: it asks you
another question before it does anything. This is standard CUA design.

I have always wondered why many Xfce distros include session-control
buttons in the panel. I guess now I know.
