Are you modifying the XUL motor? No, you're just using it. "MODIFIED VERSION". MySQL AB deliberately spout FUD about the GPL to make people _pay_ for the licensed version. It's called 'business'. Stallman and many, many lawyers (all guys more intelligent than you or I) have reviewed and refined the GPL into it's current form. What you are saying about it is wrong, wrong, wrong.
