that by definition a functino of what hard ware you run solaris on, not

I remember having it working on my laptop early in '06  (sNV b56 or so I 
think.) That was also with the nVidia drivers.

Actually at the time I had NV on a SB2000 with XVR1000, and the fact 
that Looking Glass wouldn't run on that was the whole reason that pushed 
me to finally load NV on my Dell Laptop. :)

Now that I'm no longer at Sun, I really miss the SPARC workstations.
