Intel driver version was updated to 2.4.2 in build 100. Does that with Mesa 7.0.3/Xserver 1.3 give you a better performance? If not, I can update Mesa 7.0.3 to Mesa 7.0.4 and send you to binaries to test (although we are currently working on our Mesa 7.2/Xserver 1.5.1 update which is targetted for build 104).
