Hey Stefan, thanks for your thoughts.
What I wrote above sounds ignorant or arrogant, maybe both.
What I was referring to has been the prefix and also the compiler
flags, because those things are indeed obvious.
Now that I re-read you message I noticed that my initial response was
pre-mature.
When I read your other points, e.g.
