Hi, I'm running 2008.11 (b92) on my laptop with radeon mobility X1600 graphics.
This nicely starts up even without a xorg.conf file, in resolution 1680*1050 Previously I used the mon_switch (v3) to switch with shift-F5 to an eternal monitor, when I should connect to a video-projector. (that was with nevada b85) Now I'm just a little confused about the mon_switch package. What X11-things will I loose if I install the mon_switch again. Thanks!
