Hey Moinak, please don't panic: Together, as a team, we will meet the deadline! What I have done over the recent weeks is by no means SPARC-only stuff anymore. It was rather a merge of Alan's, yours and my work. Plus a major cleanup. I have worked exactly into the direction that BeleniX or Indiana needs: Bot on x64/x86 && on SPARC. And it is basically self-hosting already, only minor details remain to be fixed. You know, that's why I had been so perplex back then(yesterday), when it appeared, like all my work has been for nothing ... Please understand. I'm behind schedule. But I hope I can upload x86 packages this evening, before I leave for the summit. p.s. I'm *not* a SPARC-only guy!!! I have all sorts of platforms, including ppc, ppc-Mac, and three x64 systems, plus 19 SPARC's :-) So when I adjust Makefiles and such, I always try hard to keep it platform-clean. -- regards, %martin
