@Sun: Xsun ddx (and /dev/fb) Driver sources are needed. Hardly any progress otherwise. Period. Even after opening up the Xsun driver sources it is still a long and hard way (as I see from cg6's openwin ddx module src [from the DDK]) versus Xorg's fully open cg6 ddx src. Yes, it would be some work on the way.
