Dear developers,
I could not find the topic in the archives or forum, so I thought I
kindly ask: Would you consider integrating cmake support? My reason
for asking is that I've been using unofficial cmake patches since a
while to build xz on MSVC, and its always difficult to build trust
into every new release.
I think its fair to say that in the world of C++ build tools cmake
has become quite well established, and it gives quite a lot of
flexibility and comfort to users.
For what its worth there would be existing cmake integration that
can be used as a head start, i.e. from vcpkg. Would that be something
you could consider adding?
