Not once! It is doing resizing in each case when body_id > 
physicalActions.size()!!
So, in a parallel loop a first thread will be crash because a second thread 
(with greatest body ids)
will doing resizing on each loop iteration. Although this is happens only at 
the first iteration simulation... so only once.
