4.4 For the other prerocessors than TriaxialTest, they are waiting for people who need them to be fixed. I changed TriaxialTest since it is a relatively complicated one and a good indicator that some things work. Trunk should always compile (unless noted otherwise), it is definitely a bug if it doesn't.
