Trunk should always compile (unless noted otherwise), it is definitely a
bug if it doesn't. I don't spot some cases with my config (such as
compiler version, or openmp-less build etc), and it is good to know
about them (ML or bugs).
So, I need to upgrade the compiler or we can/should fix this
base-inheriting comparison? what do you think?
