Thanks Vaclav, "from yade import *" worked. I can call O.bodies[0].state.pos
from my script now.
I have added the PYTHONPATH in .bashrc to point to the directory where my
script is saved. But today I have coded more lines and the YADE C file
couldn't detect the module. When I deleted the extra lines, it succesfully
detects the module again. Why is this happening? Btw, where is yade declared
as a module? My PYTHONPATH doesn't point to yade's directory.
