It can.
If yes I can try to "bzr commit different files" by hand, but I fear
for me that it will not be so practical...
It is good practice to check what you are commiting. Selecting files
from "stat" output is really easy, I can show you.
(and I hope one day to know why I have these "problems" with these
.kdev4 files...)
Just because .kdev4/yade.kdev4 is modified by kdevelop when it scans
your files (adding some \x00\x00\x00\t\x00\x0...). Commiting this can be
harmless most of the time, but it makes not much sense.
