From what I understood (from http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/bzr-0.10/bzr_man.htm#bzr-ignore-name-pattern for example) I'd not put the "!". It seems a good idea for me, but : - what if after this file is modified by someone else for good reasons, and I type bzr up ? It is not clear for me what will happen. - does it never happen to you ? (to have this files modified before a commit, or do you commit carefully the good files only ?)
Curiosity question mostly...
