Fixed finally (let us see if it is high rewarding !) : rev 3542
I consider now the script as currently working. Maybe with the sign convention change, interpretation of results of stress probes change a little (about meaning of angle in sigma plane), I let you give a closer look if further changes are needed for this aspect.
